Instruments and the financial requirements for a standby letter of credit, insurance bonds,
certificates of deposit, and other bank Instruments. All of these Instruments when
issued by the proper institutions are very acceptable forms of Collateral
Enhancement. The Investors of the world are eager to obtain this form
of Collateral in order to close large credit facilities over $50 million
as well as various types of commercial loans.

General Funding & Leasing will utilize this site as an introduction to those financial consultative
services we offer our Clients, and further educate the Client with Enhancement in their
